What described above not only improve the quality of the indoor comfort of the structure, but is also an economic opportunity to reduce operating costs for air conditioning and lightening. We know that buildings constructed in the past decades, when cost of energy and pollution were not strongly addressed, are now wholly inadequate and count a no longer sustainable cost management.
In a medium size building up to the 35-40% 's energy supplied by the heating system get lost through the roof, while 25-30% outflows through the walls and some 20% throughout ravers frames.

For new buildings but also for restructuring we know that the design is the most important phase. Small devices can be used to achieve great results. Failures at this stage will turn operating costs very expensive. A good design creates the conditions for a passive cooling, combined with the proper use of natural materials and insulation, allowing to drastically reduce energy costs (- 50/70%) and to cool/heat more efficiently the hotel.

All this is possible with a modest increase in the investment of 5-10%, which allows you to create a healthy and comfortable space, getting some interesting tips from the point of view of architecture that will be compensated at the level of improved building image as well. Today it is even more advantageous because it is possible to finance these operations taking the chance of some tax deductions (up to 55% in three years) provided for financial compensation, which allow also a reduced depreciation.
